Since our plot is located near a waterfront, an analysis of an existing one would greatly help in the development of our own. The one assigned to us is the one in Seattle, Washington.
This is a great history lesson. The research to that end is phenomenal. It is now time to analyze what all of the history means in terms of your site...what are the parallels? differences? opportunities? Also, there is little analysis or exploration of the actual waterfront project beyond the one sheet with 4 illegible Google-sourced images. If you do not strive to understand the precedent project, you will have no fodder to inform your personal work.
A small note on legibility---as this information is to be formatted for blog-based web discussion, the tiny, tiled PowerPoint slides are illegible without enlarging them, and even at that point, the resolution is poor even for screen viewing.
